We trek north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then cross Barun La (4110m.) into the upper Barun khola valley for a close encounter with Makalu.

Day 01: Arrival and Transfer to Hotel.Terrace in Arun Valley
Day 02: Trekking preparation day.
Day 03: Fly to Tumlingtar / overnight.
Day 04: Trek Tumlingtar to Mane Bhanjyang (1,100m).
Day 05: Trek Mane Bhanjyang to Chichila (1,830m).
Day 06: Trek Chichila to Num (1,500m).
Day 07: Trek Num to Seduwa (1,510m).
Day 08: Trek Seduwa to Tashigaon (2,070m).
Day 09: Trek Tashigaon to Khongma (3,560m).
Day 10: Acclimatise in Khongma (3,560m).
Day 11: Trek Khongma to Mumbuk (3,550m).
Day 12: Trek Mumbuk to Yangle Kharka (3,600m).
Day 13: Trek Yangla kharka to Merek (4,570m).
Day 14: Trek Mirek to Shersong (4,650m).
Day 15: Trek Shersong rest day.
Day 16 to 23: Trek down the valley via Yangle Kharka / Mumbuk / Khongma / Tashigaon / Num / Chichila / Mani Bhanjyang to Tumlingtar.
Day 24: Fly to Kathmandu & transfer hotel.
Day 25: Warm Departure.
